Katy Perry at the MTV VMAs in Elie Saab

Katy Perry wore Elie Saab on the red carpet at this evening's MTV VMAs in LA. She's up for a couple awards during the show, including video of the year, best female video, and best art direction in a video. Katy didn't get a Moonman just yet, but she was among the night's first presenters. She had the honor of handing off the best pop video honor to One Direction. She seems to be a fan of the British boy band, since she tweeted earlier today, "If One Direction doesn't perform on the VMAs, I am gonna jump of this ledge."
