Kelly Osbourne was at 21st annual induction ceremony of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, in New York's Waldorf-Astoria ballroom. People reports the event included a lot of irate rockers. Maybe they're just grumpy since they are no longer all on drugs. Kelly O was there to support her dad who "had previously badmouthed the hall for waiting a decade to induct Sabbath." You would think Kelly would smile since she was at an event to honor her dad. I think she looks really petite in these pics. I would say most improved but I'm not loving the hair.
