well this is definitely against what we have seen and heard from her in the past but i guess it's just something different. i don't think that there's anything overly scary about it - it's just a shoot, but it's just so out of character. i wonder if there's a story behind it all that we would have to understand from the magazine. the movie that she's in that's coming out this month is a family friendly one - so that's definitely not the point.

I never thought Keri could look soooo bad. The teddy bear shot was so stupid! and the bathtub scene depicts one of my makeup nightmares!! I would never trust that photographer again!

And I didn't necessarily think heroin chic when I saw this, at first I assumed that it was the "morning after" style with the smudged make-up but I guess it could be the druggie look too.

I don't think they are sexy and scary. It reminds me of Fiona Apple's "Criminal" video, as someone said earlier. I just don't understand why she is promoting a family film by posing for Details magazine in this terrible photoshoot. It's very odd...especially the one where she is humping the teddy bear. And which one of these pictures are not safe for work? I saw a couple on other sites that had the slightest hint of [a r e o l a] or [n i p p l e]( omg! :oy: ) but they seem like they are edited out of these photos.

Her pictures just look so cheap--quality-wise I mean. As if it was with a crappy digi cam. And in the tub, she just looks suicidal.

I think Keri Russell is one of the most naturally beautiful women, but these pictures are HORRIBLE. The photographer should be ashamed of making her look so bad.
