Kerry Washington made an adorable appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Thursday night. The Scandal star was her usual bubbly, charming self as she spoke with Jimmy about her childhood dream of being "the woman in the Shamu show." Kerry added, "I studied really hard, I got really into marine biology, [and then] I got to AP Biology in high school. . . . The joke in my family is that I was like, 'Forget the whale; I'll be on stage by myself.'" Watch the clip above — she later goes on to spit some serious knowledge about rodents.
It's safe to say that despite her dashed dreams of working with whales, Kerry is still wildly successful. In addition to Scandal's big season-three ratings win, Kerry has picked up some more exciting accolades and personal projects. She was recently named best-dressed woman of the year by People magazine, and she signed on as the new spokeswoman of Neutrogena just this week. She's also slated to host Saturday Night Live on Nov. 2.
