Kiefer Starts To Clean Up His Mess

Kiefer was looking very Jack Bauer-ish in his suit and sunglasses yesterday. Unfortunately he wasn't all dressed up for saving the word from terrorists, but was headed to meet his lawyer about his Monday night DUI. We're big fans of Kiefer's and of 24, so hopefully all these legal issues won't get in the way of filming season 7. It sounds like the execs at FOX have a few surprises in store for us already (including the return of Tony!) and we'd much rather enjoy the show knowing that Kiefer was out of trouble.

You would think a 40 year old man would know better! How very sad. I see he has a way to go to clean up his act. He was doing well for a while. (Last year during an interview with Rolling Stone, he and the interviewer were going out for drinks, and they took the train. He stated that he doesn't drive anymore when he's going out drinking.) Shame on you. Maybe it's time he face some punishment for his actions, maybe that's how he'll learn. Oh, and he does have a grandchild. A grandson named Hamish. (When he married his first wife, she had a small daughter who he's raised since she was 6 or 7. And even after their divorce. She gave birth to a son about two years ago.) So he's a father and a grandfather.

I love you Kiefer! ;_; Stop drinking!On a side note though I think it's sad that things totally get magnified when you're a celebrity. Someone's getting arrested for a DUI as we speak but somehow it's 10x worse when celebs do it. They are not demi-gods; they make stupid mistakes like we do. :(But admittedly yes, very bad on his part. One time is enough. Generally though ease up on the hating.

I really hope that he opens his eyes and realizes how badly he could have hurt himself or others with his DUI...I know he's had run-ins like this before but now that he's a little older and hopefully a little wiser, he'll figure out that he can call a cab and nobody will think bad of him.Damn, I would have gone and picked him up myself!lol...wishful thinking, I know.He's too good for something like drinking to bring him down or cause him trouble.Good luck dearest Kiefer!I still love you and support you!

Thats what they are reprting on Canadian news, that Fox offered him a limo, and he drove instead. :(

Keifer has been arrested for DUI FOUR times now, twice the charges were dropped. He was also offered a limo on Monday night, but chose to drive drunk. I try to support you Keifer, but your ass needs to be in jail.

I love Kiefer Suttherland as Jack Bauer in '24'. He's perfect for that role and his voice is so amazing but I hope he neverdrinks and drives again. He was lucky he did not hurt or kill anyone including himself. SO lets hope he does NOT Ever make that kind of mistake again.It will be great to have Tony Almeida back on my favorite show.They make a great team. I used to hate Chloe but now I think she funny. Let's hope they won't kill of any of these three as long as the show is on, even if it is another 10 years.

do you know how many innocent people are killed by drunk driving ?even though his a celebrity that doesn't mean he could get away with it...he should do time..because he committed this twice...

A DUI is actually a serious offense, one that can kill others. I think your priorities are really screwed up on this one.
