Kristen Stewart With Karl Lagerfeld in Paris Pictures

Kristen Stewart arrived in France just yesterday, but she's already had a busy 24 hours. She ducked inside of a restaurant with Karl Lagerfeld today and was greeted by a swarm of fans when she headed out to the street. Kristen posed for pictures and stopped to sign autographs, though she later had the help of a bodyguard to escape the crowd. It was a big day for the actress, who was still sporting the dramatic makeup she donned for an earlier photo shoot. Kristen wore a huge ball gown and posed among horses while apparently shooting a Vanity Fair cover with photographer Mario Testino. Kristen was joined by her Snow White and the Huntsman costars Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron in LA on Friday, when the group sat down in front of the cameras for yet another magazine spread.
