Kristen Stewart, in a sexy Balenciaga gown with a slit, was back in front of the Cannes crowd for the premiere of On the Road in France today. She attended a photocall and press conference with costars Kirsten Dunst and Garrett Hedlund this morning. Kristen talked about her topless scenes in the film, saying, "I love pushing. I love scaring myself." This afternoon's event was extraspecial for Kristen, since she had boyfriend Robert Pattinson on hand for support. Rob's pal Tom Sturridge is also in the movie, and he posed alongside Kristen on his way into the screening.
