Kristen Stewart wore bright yellow to take the stage for the 12/12/12 concert at Madison Square Garden to provide aid for people affected by superstorm Sandy and the Robin Hood Relief Fund in NYC on Wednesday evening. Kristen has been out promoting On the Road, but she took a break to lend her celebrity status to the high-profile event. Kristen joined the ranks of other A-listers like Ben Stiller, Eric Clapton, Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Bruce Springsteen, and many more.
Kristen presented a video of Jon Bon Jovi saying, "I am here to talk to you about New Jersey tonight. Any number of statistics about the impact of Hurricane Sandy on New Jersey can quickly become overwhelming. . . . The human mind is not equipped to put faces to numbers that large. Then again, 'Jersey strong' is not something measured in numbers. A day after the storm, one of Jersey’s most famous own went back to his hometown of Sayreville to see the devastation firsthand. What Bon Jovi — sorry, what Jon Bon Jovi — saw served to humble, inspire, and move him."
