Well I guess Kelly Osbourne is not back in rehab like it was reported last week. She looks happy and fabulous at the Brit Awards last night. Minus the weird bow in her hair (made out of hair - gross), she actually looks amazing. Definitely the most improved. Good for you Kelly.
