The little black dress ruled the red carpet last night at the MTV Movie Awards. Who knew all the hype about a possible feud between Cameron and Jessica would come down to who showed more leg. I really don't think Cameron could sit down in that dress but she sure looked hot! As with any red carpet event, there were definitely some misses as well. Posh should have ditched the pink bra and the beautiful Eva Mendes could have been sexier. Don't even get me started on Amy Winehouse and her dirty ratty hair. Even the ladies who sported the bedhead trend looked cleaner than her. As for other trends, clearly it was all about bare necks and nude lips last night.

I'm actually kinda loving LC's "I'm such a diva" look. It's clean and fresh. Rihanna, on the other hand...too chopped up and crowded between the blunt cut and the dress. And Posh is a hot mess, I'm sorry.

i agree w/ Ice_Queen... rihanna has great style! from her gorgeous dress, her hair and even her make-up!!! a person that dares to be different even if it's a little risque, which i don't think she was with that beautiful gown and her outfit (which i think are more like costumes) for her performance... i think we, as common people easily gets pissed off or start criticizing celebrities just because they don't dress like ourselves or the "norm"... it's pretty sad, since i think everyone is different... who are we to judge?! rihanna has not taken advantage of her fame like other holywood girls... so far, she's been staying under the radar... so, with that said... i absolutely love her style, new hair and make-up and will always have her back because she deserves it.

Why was Victoria Beckham there?! She is starting to annoy me. She is so obsessed with becoming mega famous in America. Who does she think she is?! She has no talent. She isn't a singer, or an actress. The Spice Girls have been finished since 2000. Posh is only famous because of the fact she is married to David Beckham. She isn't a star.

my daughter is only 18 months old, so she's really only listening to the music. at this age, words other than eat, dada, outside, and goodnight go right over her head! i hear you, though, that the content of most of amy's songs are not for young ears.

Amy is amazing. I don't care what she looks like. Yes, she could stand to gain some weight back as she looked better when she was fuller but again, I don't care what she looks like or her hair or her choices in clothing. Her talent more than makes up for her bad fashion/hair.

ouch to the second comment. thank god i'm not a housewife HAHAHAHAA! i have never heard of this amy winehouse person until last night. i don't listen to the radio at all and this was the first time i actually sat in front of an mtv program since middle school! but honestly, to me her song was quite redundant and i was waiting for it to end. i do think she could have cleaned up her eyeliner, made it more shapely. that's what was REALLY bugging me! i just wanted to go in there with a q-tip and clean up those smudges!! :P

Sorry you are right she was born in 1988. Not that 1 year makes that big a difference. I wasn't commenting "this" red carpet look. I was commenting on recent ones. I like Rihanna's music, I just think in the last year they have made a point to dress her more risque. I think that's pretty sad. She was beautiful and talented without the patent leather bra.
