Lauren Conrad and her new boyfriend William Tell went public over the weekend! The couple got lunch together on Saturday not far from her home in the LA neighborhood of Brentwood. LC and William were first linked a month ago after seeing each other for a low-key few months. William, a law student at the University of Southern California, reportedly met Lauren through mutual friends. Things seem to be going well for LC and William. She tweeted just this morning, "Have a feeling this might be the best week ever. . . " William is Lauren's first serious love interest since splitting from Kyle Howard last year.
