Lauren Conrad continued her busy press week with another set of appearances in NYC. Yesterday, she wore a flirty skirt and top for a visit to NBC Studios and later stopped by Barnes & Noble in a Lela Rose dress to sign copies of The Fame Game, which is now on sale. Lauren stepped out again last night in a black coat and Chanel bag. Part of her promotions included a topless Glamour magazine cover and a sexy spread inside the issue. Lauren opened up about life on The Hills in the publication and also defended her busy schedule, saying she works "really, really hard."
