The exercise session came after a busy week of work for Lauren, who focused on her blog, announced the new read for her book club — Gillian Flynn's Gone Girl — and celebrated National S'More's Day! Yesterday, though, was another relaxed day, and Lauren was able to spend time at the beach. Lauren's hanging out on the West Coast after a Summer getaway to Mexico with her boyfriend.
