Lauren Conrad traveled to India last week with her friends Hannah and Yoni, and the trio have been soaking up the sights ever since. They participated in the annual Hindu Holi Festival, which celebrates the end of Winter and start of Spring with the throwing of powdered pigments in the street. Lauren ended up with pink hair after the fun and later accessorized her bright new look with a henna tattoo. The excitement continued with a trip to the Taj Majal, breakfast in Jaipur, and even more sightseeing. Click through to see all of LC's vacation snaps!

Lauren Conrad traveled to India to celebrate the Holi holiday, but her vacation had an unexpected result — pink strands. The "festival of colors" welcomes Spring with powdered pigments taking over the streets. Lauren was smeared in multicolored paints by the end of the event, and later discovered the semipermanent effect on her blond locks. "So apparently it doesn't wash out . . . Looks like I'm sporting pink locks for the rest of this trip," she said on her Instagram. This isn't the first time the star has gone pink. Last Spring, she wore magenta tips, following the pink hair trend. Perhaps bright highlights are making a comeback this season.

Design Inspiration: I am always on the search for a top that is not only a perfect everyday tee, but one that can be dressed up too. This was my solution! The Beam Blouse is a comfortable fit and can be worn anywhere. And because it is silk, it makes any look feel more pulled together compared to the average white tee.

Style Tip: The possibilities are endless! Dress it up by tucking it into a pencil skirt paired with a tailored blazer or throw it over a pair of jeans for a more casual take.
Wear It With: I personally love this top tucked into a flowy midi-length skirt, like the Netting Skirt, for a more ladylike look. Or pair it with the Serena Legging for a more edgy vibe.
