The Shops at Target is the retailer's latest fashion venture, which involves featuring the products from five boutiques — Miami's Webster House, Boston's Polka Dog Bakery, Connecticut's Privet House, San Francisco's Candy Store, and Colorado's Cos Bar — at nearly 2,000 Target stores.
