Lindsay Lohan Arrested Again for DUI and Coke

Lindsay Lohan is clearly an idiot. The actress was arrested again last night but has already been released from jail on $25k bail. TMZ reports the actress was pulled over in Santa Monica around 2:15 am. Apparently there was a car chase and suspicion of her drinking and once they searched her they found cocaine. TMZ also reports her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13 (that's above the .08 legal level) and the cocaine was found on her in her pocket. So much for two stints in rehab and a security bracelet. Lindsay was supposed to appear on Leno tonight but guess what. She cancelled. Oh and that Tango movie. We bet that's over for Lindsay as well. Such a shame. For some reason I am in shock but yet so not surprised.

i do not know why it surprised me that she does coke. hopefully her younger siblings see the consequences and stay away from that. in a small way i feel bad for her because she never had a chance. she was raised in a hectic and abusive home. then she was thrown in the chaos of hollywood.

meresanfran, Thanks for breaking Promises down. I knew something was up with their policy...it's a recipe for relapse...when somebody is as hardcore as Lohan, that point system doesn't work. Drugs have literally taken her over, and she needs a completely new way of thinking about it.

nice. what a dumbass! lindsey, you are not above the law. You may be able to get out of a couple of minor charges because of your celebrity but obviously it will catch up to you. Oh and btw rehab is not going to save you from jailtime...this time, hopefully.

ok, i've been sitting on this comment for 3 months now, but i have to say it... Promises is not real rehab! my sister entered the Betty Ford Clinic the same time her hard partying boyfriend entered Promises, and WOW - the difference in treatment was amazing. Betty Ford was a no-nonsense rehabilitation center, while Promises was like Club Med minus the alcohol. you could never even ATTEMPT to check in and out of the Betty Ford like it was study hall! and FYI - they BOTH come equipped with amazing gyms and exercise facilities - you should never have to leave just to go to the gym! the biggest difference though is the belief system - at Betty Ford (and also Hazeldon and other quality programs) the belief is that you have a disease, and that you must do everything in your power to not only avoid relapse, but also avoid even the temptation. HOWEVER, at places like Promises and Meadows, they don't even tell you to quit drinking! They subscribe to a "control and responsibility" belief system. For example: if getting wasted, doing cocaine, driving your car, and subsequently getting arrested is a "10", they basically tell you to keep it under a "5" --- so basically it's ok to drink as long as you keep it under control, and cut out the drugs, and never drive... WTF???

I don't believe this. I *knew* that alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet was all for show. How could she be so full of herself to think that she wouldn't be caught out again? The mind boggles. I've said it before, but this is what happens when you have epically permissive parents. Dina should be ashamed of her half-assed "parenting skills". I don't care HOW OLD your kids get, they still need occasional guidance and parental support. She's an idiot and her career is toast.
