Lindsay Lohan happily chowed down on some ice cream in LA yesterday, which was her first smiley public outing since a supposedly troubled Super Bowl weekend in Tampa with Samantha. Maybe part of her good mood has to do with the fact that her father quit his blog this week, though not before getting in a few final jabs at Samantha's influence on Lindsay. The drama never stops with these lovebirds, though according to Life & Style they just celebrated their first anniversary with a romantic night out, and since Valentine's Day is around the corner, perhaps it's all romance ahead.
