Finally! A leggingless Lohan. LL returned to the red carpet last week in a hot LBD but this is the first time in a while we have seen her casually dressed without those hideous leggings or tights she has been living in. It's too bad that the one time she ventures away from the security of having her legs covered that she doesn't have any friends to tell her that her ass is hanging out. So sad and yet so typical. Lindsay spent the weekend shopping, lunching and meeting with friends. Her fun routine is about to be interrupted with a trip to the morgue and watching what goes down in an ER as part of her requirements set in her DUI plea agreement. Maybe she was out looking for the appropriate outfit for the occasion.

14I saw her in this outfit on Saturday and it was very cute. I was shoping in the same store as her. Theory on Melrose Ave!! I also saw her on Thursday at a store on Robertson. Twice in one visit to LA!!
