She's back in the states to promote her latest children's book, Lotsa De Casha. I love how she tells the kids to be quiet while she reads.

Also, she'll be on the Today show tomorrow with Matt Lauer and he asks her some stupid questions about love and marriage ruining her career. Clearly he has never been to a Madonna concert.
