Hey #6, if seeing someone look swollen the day she gave birth to full-term twins is so gross to you, maybe getting pregnant wasn't a good idea in the first place. After all, not everything about motherhood is fABULOUS and perfect.

lol at comment 7. also yes the vow thing seems cheesy but its nice she found such a devoted guy, and he is cute too. well regarding the way she looks in this photo, she has a big hard belly.. all it means is there are 2 healthy babies in there. its nice she is not ashamed to go in public like this. can't wait to hear the names. its funny that she and jlo (divas) both had fraternal b/g twins; isnt having one boy and one girl at the same time something that a naive non parent would think is the easiest way to have a perfect family? but then with money for help maybe it is.

Um these aren't the day before she gave birth they're actually late in the afternoon of April 28th as she's going to the hospital in labor and one of the people with her & Nick is his mother Betty. the babies were born at 9:07 am saturday morning so she was in labor for almost 30hrs

Come on guys... Nobody looks good right before giving birth - with a huge belly, water retention, and all that jazz. And she's carrying twins. I gained 28lb in my pregnancy (and was half Mimi's size to begin with), but still looked like a huge swollen cow the week before having my son.
