Happy birthday to Moroccan and Monroe Cannon! Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's twins turn 1 today. The babies, nicknamed Roc and Roe, were delivered on Nick and Mariah's third wedding anniversary. This year, Nick and Mariah renewed their vows to mark their fourth year wed.
