Mariah Stays Protected From Those Threatening Clouds

Mariah made her usual grand entrance today at her hotel in Paris. While Mariah is never one to be seen sans high-heels, the rest of her outfit is pretty tame. But what's with the special umbrella-carrying friend? I would say this definitely confirms her diva status. Call us crazy, but it doesn't appear to even be raining - or too sunny for that matter. No word on whether the trip is for business or pleasure, but we're willing to bet she'll be plugging her new fragrance, M as she tours the city of love. Hopefully the weather will hold out - who knows what kind of precautions Mariah takes when there's an actual storm.

I LOVE Mariah... she can sing circles around almost all of the girls out there now. I would love to see a Christina Aguilera/ Mariah Carey duet. Divas unite!!! :)

She definitely looks a lot better dressed this way than the overstuffed sausage casings she's enclosed herself in for too long. But the umbrella thing...yeah, that's a Michael Jackson thing too. And anytime you compare someone's behavior to MJ's, it's somewhat troubling, but funny! ;-)
