Marion Cotillard had help carrying baby Marcel as she arrived at the airport in Nice this morning. Her 4-month-old son has been quite the jet-setter lately as he joins his mom on her travels around the globe. They stopped in LA and NYC to promote Contagion this Summer and, more recently, popped up in Paris. Marion and Marcel landed in France last week just in time to celebrate Marion turning 36.
