Marion Cotillard Pictures Shooting The Dark Knight Rises

Marion Cotillard got into character yesterday to shoot The Dark Knight Rises in Pittsburgh. She was on the set with costars Tom Hardy and Christian Bale — check out the new Batman battle scenes! Marion wasn't in the middle of the action, but she was seen scaling a tank. She's in the US working on the action franchise after spending much of the early Summer at home in Paris with her new baby son Marcel. She and boyfriend Guillaume Canet welcomed the little one in late May. It only took a few weeks for the actress to get back in front of the camera, as Marion filmed a Dior ad in early June. Marion has more work on the horizon with the upcoming Fall release of Contagion, and it's likely she'll join her star-studded costars like Matt Damon and Gwyneth Paltrow to premiere the movie at the Venice Film Festival.
