While everyone else was paying attention to the Grammy Awards, Meryl Streep [1] and rapper 50 Cent got in bonding time on Sunday when they sat together in courtside seats at the Knicks vs. Lakers game in NYC. 50 Cent was more than a little excited to be sitting next to an acting legend as he posted pictures from the pair's encounter throughout the night. At one point, 50 Cent, Meryl, and Kobe Bryant [2] posed for a "gangsta" snap together. "Things got a little gangsta," 50 Cent wrote. "Turn up, turn down for what!?" Later, 50 Cent wrote, "Man I got a good life man," next to a photo of him and Meryl. Who knew Fiddy was such a Meryl fanboy?
While Meryl was kickin' it with Curtis, her August: Osage County costar Julia Roberts was making waves at the Grammys [3], where she popped up for a surprise appearance. Julia acted as a presenter for Paul McCartney, whom she got to hang out with backstage. See, Meryl, you aren't the only one having fun hangouts with celebrities!
