Wearing a dress from Target, the First Lady revealed her fashion motto and added, "I don’t want to focus on clothes. I want to be comfortable so that I can focus on the people that I’m with. And if I’m comfortable in what I have on, that’s second nature, and then all my attention can go to the people in the room that I’m with at that time."

It's so nice to hear her thoughts. I'm a mother of 2 girls and I can really relate to sleeping much better when I know my daughters are healthy and happy. When one of them has even a cold, I feel it until she's better. When my girls eat all their vegetables for dinner, I actually sleep better! The "Let's Move" movement Michelle Obama has started is so important! I really try to keep my daughters active. Childhood obesity is such an epidemic in our country and we have to fight it.
