Michelle Williams & Heath Ledger Split

According to Us Weekly, Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams have split, after being together since 2005. Rumor has it that the couple, who have an adorable daughter, Matilda, but never married, have been broken up for a few weeks now.

It's always sad to hear about celebrity break-ups, especially when there is a kid involved. Hopefully these two will keep things civil for the sake of little Matilda. Something tells me this won't be a problem considering how private they have always kept their personal lives.

They always looked so grumpy to me... I kept thinking that maybe it was because they didn't like the paparazzi... And I never even heard of her before I found out about her pregnancy. Does she know how to smile?

I honestly saw this coming. I mean, we'd hardly ever see them together (at least before they'd take a nice stroll with their daughter). Really tragic :(

Heath has always been a mess starting from his early acting days in Australia. I've never been able to warm to him. I think that he'd be quite a difficult person to deal with and feel very sorry for Michelle as she seems so genuinely kind and sweet.

Well hopefully this means that the two of them will put smiles on their faces for the first time ... cos when they were together , they always looked soo pissed off 24/7 ... i'm sure some of it had to do with the paparazzi but i just think that they were also just plain , old miserable as a couple!

I honestly can't say that I am shocked. This couple never made too much sense to me. At first I thought that it was simply the onset love and all that, but then they took it a little too far and Boho Chic for me.

So, he dated her just long enough to destroy his career. And, now that he doesn't have her to spend his time with, he will be back at Hollywood's door, with thinning hair, trying to get the same parts he was getting a year ago.
