Miley Cyrus Engagement Ring Pictures at Shoot

Miley Cyrus's engagement ring was on display yesterday when did she a photo shoot in Malibu. She was evidently having fun, tweeting a picture of the scene with the caption "perfect day." The 19-year-old star got engaged last week to boyfriend of three years, 22-year-old Liam Hemsworth. Miley was a bit shy about showing off her new bling while shopping in LA this week, but she put the Neil Lane piece on prominent display before the camera. Liam gave Miley a 3.5-carat sparkler set in a gold band. Neil Lane himself described Miley's ring and revealed the process by which he and Liam created it. According to Lane, Liam wanted "something really beautiful and romantic . . . It's a contemporary design based on vintage aesthetics. The light flashes and sparkles no matter where Miley moves her hand."
