Miley Cyrus went on a coffee run in Philadelphia yesterday. She looked cute and smiley as she walked with her dog, Happy, a Rottweiler-Beagle mix that she rescued earlier this year. Miley is back in Philly after spending the weekend in LA. While there, she met up with hairstylist Chris McMillan to get a fresh trim and platinum-blond dye job before picking up the tab at dinner with her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, and a group of friends at Kiwami.

The singer has been back and forth between the West and East Coasts while Liam films Paranoia. Miley spoke about her recent engagement in the September issue of Marie Claire and touched on the surprise proposal as well as her gorgeous ring, which she said she had "no input" in choosing.
