Is Miley the New Britney?

Miley Cyrus seemed more than willing to pose with her mom for the photographers in LA yesterday. Lately she's been getting more and more exposure, while Britney's been laying low. In fact, New York Daily News talked to a photo agency that said Miley had twice as many photographers following her over the weekend and that the paparazzi are looking for a fresh face. What do you think — is Miley the new Britney?

Miley is the new brittany spears!! SHE IS A HOE SHE WAS GRINDING WITH A 44 YEAR OLD MAN!! SHE IS SO YOUNG TO BE DOING ALL OF THIS STUFF. probably. i hated the TCA dance. HATED it. my cousin, 7, wanted booty shorts 'cause "Miley was wearing 'em". Seriously? whats next, her shaving HER head? Thats the last thing we need. I also did not like the "Party in the USA" music vid. So yea. in my opin. she IS the new Brittany. Why can't she be like Selena or Demi, they have clean records right?

I don't know. I just don't think Miley is the phenom that Britney was when she was younger. Not saying she might not get there, but at this point, she doesn't have the same star power that Britney had around that age. (Notice: I'm basing my comment on pre-breakdown Britney. I hope she never has to go through any of the things that Britney has gone through lately.)

Is miley cyrus the new britney let me think....I don't think so. britney spears sold 83 million copie as of today and she the the most search person on the internet. If you watched 2009 teen choice awards you would know that britney has sold more album. Miley cyrus it make me sick to see what people are doing to you and britney spears some of us need to get a life!!! miley cyrus you can do anything you want just belive in your self and don't let people get you down just follow your heart Good Luck!

She could be the next Britney, but hopefully for her sake she stays close to her family and friends and keeps her head on straight. And if that's the case, then it would be nice to see her grow up in the industry and still manage to control herself and be a positive role model... maybe seeing the girls that came before her spiral out of control and destroy their lives will be enough to help her avoid the same fate.

nobody overseas even know who she is. everybody in the world knew who Britney was right away. Miley is just a HSM kind of thing, that will die soon.

I think shes a really good role model for younger girls, whereas Britney was always portrayed very much like a sex icon. I don't think Miley will go down the same path as Britney because shes grown-up watching how Britneys career was ruined. Btw I love her outfit here :D

ummmmm i highly doubt it. she gets away with the cutesy stuff from being a disney star but i'm pretty sure this is just a phase. she'll be out of the scene in no time. plus, her songs are annoying. even though brit has gotten way off track with her life (as of now), hannah montana will never be able to do what britney did.
