Milla Jovovich sported a bikini once again today in Cabo as she and her husband, Paul W.S. Anderson, celebrated their anniversary at the Las Ventanas resort. Milla and Paul cracked open a bottle of Dom Perignon as they lounged on their balcony and kissed. The supermodel-turned-actress and director married two years ago yesterday, and Milla has been sharing lots of details about their romantic and sexy getaway with her Twitter followers this week. Milla and Paul have apparently been partaking in the local drink, tequila, and spending lots of adults-only time together. Meanwhile, their daughter, Ever, is in good hands as she hangs out with her grandmother. Ever is often close by Milla and Paul's sides during their travels. Milla, Ever, and Paul all attended couture week in Paris together last month, sitting front row at John Paul Gaultier's runway show as a family!
Milla Jovovich wore a tiny black bikini while her husband, Paul W.S. Anderson, lounged shirtless in Mexico today. The couple are off on a getaway to celebrate their wedding anniversary after they tied the knot at their LA home on Aug. 24 just two years ago. Milla and Paul's daughter, Ever, took part in their ceremony, though it doesn't look like she joined her parents on the romantic trip. Their relaxing time away comes just before a busy Fall for the duo, who will soon get to work promoting The Three Musketeers. Paul is a producer while Milla stars alongside Orlando Bloom in the action film, which hits theaters in October.
Milla Jovovich and her husband, director Paul Anderson, had their daughter, Ever, by their side today in Paris as they took in the ballet-inspired Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2011 Couture collection. The Anderson-Jovovich trio sat front row for the runway presentation, and Milla animatedly fluttered a black fan as the models strutted their stuff. Ever was in her mom's lap for much of the event, and the toddler also had some fun making silly faces and cuddling with her parents. Milla is a regular attendee at Paris Fashion Week. The former model and Gold-Hawk designer still indulges her stylish side and was in the audience at yesterday's Louis Vuitton show, but she's also set for a new phase in her long-running film career. Her latest movie, The Three Musketeers, is out in the Fall and also stars Orlando Bloom and Oscar winner Christoph Waltz.
Yesterday at Cannes was marked by the La Coqueta and Melancholia film premieres, though we were mostly consumed with more of the festival's standout style. We spotted supermodels Laetitia Casta and Alessandra Ambrosio hitting the red carpet, fashionable mom and daughter duo Julia Restoin-Roitfeld and Carine Roitfeld stepping out for Roberto Cavalli's dinner party, and Milla Jovovich making a standout arrival in Prada — in short, another amazing day in Cannes style. Milla Jovovich is one of the few guests at the Met Gala to go short in a black jewel-encrusted dress from Marni. She accented the look with large geometric earrings and mile-high strappy heels, but kept her hair pulled back in a textured updo and had minimal makeup. Milla's outfit would be great for Summer cocktails, but do you think it works for an event like the Met? Vote on all of our Met Gala polls here!
Jenna Malone, Milla Jovovich and Lauren Conrad's print making, statement-making pieces are practically dream inducing. With abstract prints in subtle hues, each pulls together an outfit that seems to float on air — but not without a point. You'll want to wear them the same way — in light, seasonal fabrics, like silky pants and chiffon dresses and tops, with the same modern ease and artsy-cool delivery.
Between the fiery explosions and slow-motion fight scenes, it's obvious that director Paul W.S. Anderson (Resident Evil) is trying to give his new version of The Three Musketeers a modern action film feel. Oh, and it's in 3D, naturally.
Logan Lerman stars as D'Artagnan from the classic story, a young man who teams up with the Musketeers (Matthew Macfadyen, Luke Evans, and Ray Stevenson) to save France and prevent Europe from going to war. The supporting cast includes familiar faces like Milla Jovovich, Orlando Bloom in an impressive mustache and pompadour, and up-and-comer Juno Temple. While the trailer looks relatively exciting, I do feel like the special effects have turned this into a run-of-the-mill action flick, whereas I'm more interested in the actual story. The film hits theaters on Oct. 14, but let me know if you're digging the preview after the jump.
We just got a sneak peek of Isabel Marant's latest ads for Spring 2011, and it appears the French designer has given her muse Daria Werbowy a bit of a break by choosing to go with Gisele Bundchen! I have to admit, Daria and Isabel make one helluva duo, but Gisele is no poor choice. We can't wait to see more. Isabel has summoned some major model power for her previous ad campaigns — Kate Moss and Milla Jovovich also being part of the fashion mix. Click through to see some of these famous ads, then vote, who's the most Fab Marant model?
