They're obsessed with their image, always being in the public eye n all. They're strict with their eating and working out that they never truly relax in their ways and just enjoy pregnancy.
They may even perhaps get more obsessive about baby weight that they work out etc. even more when they're pregnant. Then there's the pressure to lose it all quickly immediately after giving
birth.

1No kidding, her pregnancy seems like it has been more than 9 months, mabey because we see new pictures of her everyday
