Hello everyone! Here's a little background; I'm 19 years old, female, and about 4 years ago I weighed 185+ lbs. I lost 60 lbs. over the course of a year, and was at my goal weight at 16 (125). I looked amazing and felt great. I ate 1500 calories a day, with 30-45 minutes of cardio/5 days a week during the weight loss. Once I reached it, I began eating 1700-1800 calories a day with 45-50 minutes of cardio and strength training three x's a week. I kept the weight off until last year (November 2011) I realized I couldn't comfortably fit into certain pants anymore. I went from 125 to 143-145 for absolutely NO reason I can figure out and it's absolutely CRUSHING :'/ I work SO hard. I literally do 30-45 minutes of strength training mixed with plyometrics and 50 minutes of cardio 6 days a week (the strength training three of those days/week) and eat 1600 one day, then 1800 the next, trying to see if that shakes up things and kicks start weight loss. I don't know what to do, because no, I'm no overweight, but I'm not at my happy weight and I have no idea why. I've gotten very, very well educated on weight loss and exercise over the past 4 years, so it's hard for me to ask for help, but I simply need it. I've been considering getting a metabolic panel done, I'm just trying to find the best place in the Winter Park, FL area to do it.
