Last night, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon threw a big party in Vegas to celebrate one year of marriage. After a lavish dinner, Nick brought Mariah to tears with a surprise video tribute of their best moments and a shower of balloons. When the two eloped last April, we doubted that it would last. That said, the two seem as blissful together as ever, and the only rumors that surround them are about whether or not they'll have kids. I admit that I might have misjudged the couple, but tell us — are you surprised that Nick and Mariah have lasted this long?

20Mariah has never been slutty with men and you haven't heard too many stories about her and other guys. That's why I knew that when she got married she must be really sure about Nick - she had one divorce already and her parents were divorced as well so she is not going to repeat all these mistakes. They may seem strange as a couple, but he is funny and Mariah has also her specific sense of humor. They look good:)
