Nick has already moved on with Vanessa and now he is cleaning out his closet. He is apparently planning on selling his mementos from his marriage to Jessica on eBay. He will donate all the proceeds to an educational charity. However, he won't part with everything. One friend said, "Nick is going to hold on to the really sentimental stuff. There are a few things he can't bare to part with."
