We're sure that while attending the Rust and Bone screening in NYC last night, Nicky Hilton had no idea that she would be teaching us a very valuable fashion lesson: that you can wear your little white dresses during Fall. Nicky started with this Isabel Marant white crochet dress ($1,150), then made it weather appropriate via black tights, a black leather jacket, and black booties. A black clutch and a rhinestone ring took the look into night. Re-create Nicky's ensemble with her exact dress or match your favorite white dress with black pieces to bring it to life during colder months.
Nicky Hilton made her way to her family's office building in LA yesterday, and showed off a graphic black and white look that had us teeming with equal parts jealousy and inspiration. She tucked a white sleeveless button-down (complete with adorable black bow) into a black pleated skirt, then accessorized with a few sleek, classic pieces — black round-toe pumps, a skinny waist belt, round sunglasses, and a structured baby Birkin bag. It's a pretty genius work wear look, if you ask us: totally office-appropriate and professional, while still showing some personality. Copy Nicky's cool color palette by shopping our picks below. A little too chilly for a tank top? Just layer your look with a fitted black blazer and black tights. See you at the office!

The LA premiere of Nobody Walks brought out a star-studded crowd last night, including the film's writer Lena Dunham and star Olivia Thirlby. Malin Akerman, wearing Hugo Boss, also joined Nicky Hilton and Isabel Lucas. Malin, who's expecting her first child with husband of five years Roberto Zincone, posed for photographers before heading inside the screening. Malin announced that she's expecting late last week, and didn't waste much time before celebrating at Saturday's Environmental Media Awards alongside Ian Somerhalder, Jessica Alba, and Emily VanCamp.
It's no secret that celebrities adore designer bags, and Valentino is the latest label lust in Tinseltown. From satchels to totes to clutches, Hollywood's trendsetters have been upping the glam factor of their everyday and evening ensembles with Valentino's hottest bags. Clémence Poésy went Parisian chic with a red full-skirt dress and Valentino's black rockstud clutch, Jennifer Lopez chose a white studded clutch to complete her black and white ensemble, and Jessica Alba accessorized her sheer and leather Valentino dress with a green leather stud-trim clutch. Cruise through to see what other starlets have been crushing on the designer's accessories, then shop their bags for yourself.

Some may be wary of melding black and yellow for fear of looking like a bumblebee, but Nicky Hilton's New York Fashion Week look made a serious case for the dynamic color combo. Nicky worked a full Diane von Furstenberg ensemble — black leather shorts ($475), a printed tie-neck blouse, and a colorblock bag — with embellished ankle-strap Brian Atwood pumps ($1,473) while attending shows at Lincoln Center. The blond beauty accessorized her eye-catching ensemble with an emerald cocktail ring and glistening diamond studs. Score Nicky's exact edgy bottoms and elegant pumps to work with a printed blouse for a glamorous night out with the girls.
Nicky Hilton walked the streets of West Village in NYC looking funky fab in a pair of leopard denim cutoffs. We've seen leopard-print shorts before, but we love how Nicky's pair featured a leopard patch on top of regular denim cutoffs. To make her bottoms really stand out, Nicky kept the rest of her outfit black: scoop tank, ballet flats, Ray-Ban Wayfarers, and this black studded Valentino bag ($2,395). Get Nicky's look by shopping these similar vintage leopard studded shorts ($198) and sporting them with your black pieces. Come Fall, throw them on over black tights and booties for an equally snazzy cold-weather version.
When it comes to high heels, celebrities are obsessed with Christian Louboutin's transparent cap-toe pumps. Everyone from Jennifer Lopez to Rihanna to Beyoncé to Kristen Stewart to Kim Kardashian is wearing the trendy shoe on the red carpet, at basketball games, photocalls, and even on the streets. Jennifer Lopez even wore a red-hot pair with her red Tom Ford dress at her birthday celebration in NYC. These pumps are so popular, they're practically sold out online. Find out which other stars are obsessed and how they wore their pair.
Scalloped shorts have been on trend for a while now, but when we spotted Kate Bosworth wearing them during a breezy NYC stroll, we knew it was time to resurrect them. So we did some digging and found three other stylish celebs — Olivia Palermo, Nicky Hilton, Chloë Sevigny, and Sienna Miller — rocking scalloped shorts in their own unique way. Check them all out, then be sure to add one or more celebrity-inspired scalloped shorts to your Summer mix.
