Nicole and Harlow Make Eyes at Boys While Joel's Away

Nicole Richie gathered her hair up in a messy bun carrying Harlow out to lunch at Cafe Med yesterday. While Joel Madden has been away, Nicole and Harlow have been enjoying some girl time and Nicole's not the only one flirting — this morning Harlow was apparently making eyes at Joey McIntyre. She and Joel have been keeping up via Twitter as usual, though it sounds like Joel was desperate for an actual call from his honey until she finally did.
