The new parents have been spending time back home down under while Nicole works on finishing up the epic Australia, which has provided the perfect opportunity to introduce the whole family to their baby, Sunday Rose. Nicole looks happier than ever these days, and between her new baby, great career, and supportive husband, it's not hard to see why. Nicole even found time to call up the Australian sailing team and send them her support as they went on to score Olympic gold medals.
