Nicole Richie and Joel Madden spent the afternoon with their kids in LA yesterday. Joel flexed his muscles carrying both Harlow and Sparrow around town and later handed off parenting duties to Nicole, who picked Harlow up from dance class. She's getting back into her daily routine after taking a girl's trip to Mexico to celebrate her 30th birthday over the weekend. Nicole Richie wore a bikini by the pool during the getaway and flaunted a fuller chest. Photos from south of the border started some rumors that Nicole got a boob job. Nicole hasn't spoken about the subject, but her pal Jennifer Meyer did joke about getting the name of her plastic surgeon on Twitter.
