Nicole Richie joined friends in LA last night for the opening the Pressed Juicery. She was decked out in black and white to party alongside pals like Samantha Ronson and Lukas Haas. She spent the evening out on the town without her husband Joel Madden — but just three days ago, Nicole and Joel marked their first year as a married couple!

Nicole's wrapping up a big year of family and work, and she's been expanding her multiple brands. She may be able to share a bit of her professional expertise with some younger family friends in 2012. Kendall and Kylie Jenner's new jewelry line will be launched by Glamhouse, the company behind Nicole's House of Harlow 1960 collection.
