Nina Dobrev picked an intricate white and black gown to attend this evening's Elton John Oscars party. It was her latest bash over the jam-packed weekend in LA. She and her Vampire Diaries costar, boyfriend Ian Somerhalder, also attended a special Weinstein Company pre-Oscars bash last night following the Independent Spirit Awards. Nina eased into things today. She had fun getting ready for the bash, tweeting, "Getting ready while watching the E! Oscar arrivals and sipping champagne."
