Ian Somerhalder's real-life girlfriend stopped by Conan O'Brien's late night talk show Wednesday to share that unsexy behind-the-scenes detail as well as one from Monday's Met Gala. "They sewed me into it, on the day of they literally had to sew me into it so that everything fit perfectly in the right spots." Nina reveals she was literally sewn into this metallic Donna Karan gown, just like she was for her red hot Emmy's look last year, which made it difficult to tend to her, ahem, natural needs.
