I think Noah was just being cute with the dance. The kissy faces are serious every one does those. She will because Miley did them. There fine. She was being cute is all. You also got to understand her life before you jump to conclusions please!

Yeah she was raised in a situation where dancing and performing would be how you get the attention. Tons of kids do kissy faces, that's not "too mature" to me. But the dancing just seems like she wants the attention. And yeah she was raised around older girls who are very sexualized
If she wasn't Miley Cyrus sister might would be a problem, but this child has grown up in a performance-centric family, and has seen more dance than most. Would she have picked it up without Miley's training? Probably not. Is this sullying her character in some way? No.
