Orlando Bloom Carrying Flynn in NYC

Orlando Should Probably Start Charging For Shoulder Rides

Orlando Bloom spent some quality time with his son, Flynn, in NYC on Tuesday. The 2-year-old sat atop his dad's shoulders like he often does as they made their way around the neighborhood, and Orlando even did some multitasking by taking a phone call. Orlando seems to be getting back to his normal routine since announcing his recent separation from wife Miranda Kerr. Soon after the news broke, Orlando opened up about his relationship status in an interview with Katie Couric, saying that the two are "adults and professionals," adding, "We love and care about each other — and most of all, we love our son."

When it comes to his professional life, though, things are on the up-and-up for Orlando. He is still hitting the stage seven nights a week in the Broadway production of Romeo and Juliet, and the trailers for his latest film, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, were released this week. Orlando reprises his role as Legolas in the second installment in the series, which comes out on Dec. 13.
