Paris Finally Sues Paris Exposed

It was only a matter of time until Paris would get pissed and want her stuff back. She filed a federal lawsuit today against ParisExposed.com. Apparently Paris thought her moving company was going to pay the bill for her storage unit and was totally shocked when they put her very personal items up for sale. Here's more:

"I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters' private personal belongings for commercial gain," Hilton said in a declaration supporting the lawsuit, adding she was concerned the information could be used for identity theft or harassment.

The lawsuit alleges defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid $2,775 for the contents of the storage unit and later sold the items for $10 million to entrepreneur Bardia Persa, who created the site ParisExposed.com.

Hilton's publicist Elliot Mintz said that she would like the site shut down and "would like all of these items returned to her."

It almost makes you feel sorry for the girl. Well sort of. She was stupid enough to tape herself doing drugs and parading around naked all the time. Besides why did she let it get to this point. My personal opinion is that she's an idiot, but so far as calling someone a waste of space is not anyone's place to say. Just because you have more morals than someone else doesn't make you a god.

Dont feel sorry for her. She is where she is today because of the stuff you see on parisexposed. She made her connections by sleeping with half of hollywood and letting joe francis feel her up on film, take pictures of her going to the toilet, and doing drugs. She was involved in the release of one night in paris. Lets face it if it wasnt for her sexual relations we wouldnt have to put up with her today. She;d still be doing the stuff she does in those videos. But the world wouldnt have known about it. And what a nicer world that would have been too!!

I don't usually hate celebs - sometimes someone annoys me - but there is an actual feeling of disgust and repulsion when I look at this twit. From what SHE'S shown the world of who she is this is what I gather: She has narcissistic personality disorder BIG TIME, she's vicious, a liar, stupid, UNTALENTED and a slut. Sorry - that's what she's shown US. I am sick and tired of hearing about her whoring around, stealing other women's husbands, backstabbing her friends, talking about how "hot" she is and how she is a singer and an actress. I don't believe her B.S. for a second - I think she wants to be exploited - it's the only way she can stay famous.

Summer, no one I know has video tapes of themselves getting screwed going around the internet; giggling and saying on them "I just got screwed in the butt for coke; for that matter - doing drugs on video, etc etc. If they did - I'd be saying the same thing about them. They're fools and I'd be ashamed to be associated with them.

If these are the things you posters say about someone you have never met, how do you treat those people you have? I agree she says and does crazy things for attention, but I believe it is all an act. Being ignorant is her talent.

Boo Hoo! She is claiming she didn't know that her stuff wasn't being paid for..someone signed the contract that said if you don't pay we now own your stuff and can do ANYTHING we want with it. So Paris sue the person who signed the contract or sue the person who didn't pay your bill.. but you cannot get your stuff back. That is now for the world to enjoy and laugh their asses off at. Besides she is just pissed she isn't the one exlpoliting her stuff..meaning more sex tapes. and I am sure her parents are so proud of their little girl who claims she has only slet with 1 or 2 people and doesn't drink saying laughingly into a camera "I just got fucked in the ass for coke". That would be a great bumper sticker!

She was warned BEFORE the stuff went up for auction to pay the bill or risk losing her stuff. She chose to ignore it and this is what happened. She no longer owns her stuff and if she gets it back and the Paris Exposed site is shut down, it will be a slap in the face to any normal person who has ignored notices and lost their stuff. Just because she's famous doesn't make her any better.

Ok, what I want to know is, how are you going to leave video tapes of yourself doing drugs, giving sex for drugs, having your friends doing drugs, private pics, documents ect..in a storage space, and forget about it? If you are famous, wouldnt you think of these things? She has no reguard for anything,that iswhy MOST OF AMERICA HATES HER- I bet if that were Jennifer Aniston or Mandy Moore, they would have been smart enough to realize that nobody was going to " pay their bill for them" WTF? I would be in so qiuck to pick that stuff up. Maybe she was so high she forgot where all of this stuff was. Paris Hilton makes it too easy , Im sorry
