What is Paris doing hanging out at a Plastic Surgery clinic? The usually paparazzi friendly Paris was a bit camera shy as she tried to avoid having her picture taken while leaving the clinic. She did the "pretend to talk on your cell phone to avoid the cameras" move. Too bad it didn't work.

TMZ.com also found Paris hanging out with Zeta Graff at Mr Chow's restaurant in LA. That's really weird since Zeta is suing Paris and the two girls should not be hanging out outside the court room appearances of the heiress vs heiress. These two must have some master plan worked out.
