Paris Plays Dress up While Rwanda Gets Delayed

Paris spent her weekend getting into the Halloween spirit as a sexy sailor and a slutty Alice with freaky eyes. She also found time to promote her latest fragrance Can Can at Kitson, and her car managed to get into a minor fender bender. Later that evening she dined at Joan's in LA. In other Paris news, her upcoming trip to Rwanda has been postponed by the Playing for Good Foundation, the charity organizing Paris' trip to Africa.
