Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell got married at the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London on Sunday. Nancy wore a knee-length white dress with flowers in her hair. Both the bride's dress and Paul's suit were custom pieces made especially for the event by his daughter, designer Stella McCartney. Paul and Nancy have been together since 2007 and got engaged in May. His youngest daughter, 7-year-old Beatrice, served as the flower girl for the ceremony. It was a relatively low-key affair, attended by about 30 of their closest friends and family. Some of the guests included Barbara Walters as well as fellow Beatle Ringo Star and his wife Barbara Bach, and George Harrison's widow Olivia. Congrats to the newlyweds Paul and Nancy!

I totally agree with Artemis. The dress looks like a nightshirt. But Nancy was smart to accept it as is.

I think the dress shows Stell'as limits as a fashion designer. It is ok but nothing special and it does not seem to have a great fit. When I saw the first picture, my first reaction was that her outfit looked like a highstreet find. Not what you expect when a fashion designer hand-crafts an outfit especially for her father's new wife.
