Amy Poehler and Paul Rudd dressed in costumes last night on the NYC set of They Came Together. So far we've seen Amy and Paul kissing and attending a wedding, and now it appears they're getting into the spirit of Halloween. Max Greenfield recently wrapped his part on the project, but said working with Amy and Paul was "unbelievable." Amy and Max will have a chance to catch up on Sept. 23 at the Primetime Emmy Awards where both actors are nominated. Amy's in the running for lead actress in a comedy series for her role in Parks and Recreation, while Max earned his first Emmy nod in the supporting actor in a comedy category for his portrayal of Schmidt in New Girl.
Funny Stars Step Out For a Good Time in the Big Apple
Seth Rogen joined his Armani-clad wife, Lauren Miller, at last night's NYC premiere of For a Good Time, Call . . . Lauren wrote the raunchy comedy and costars in it with funny lady Ari Graynor, who chose a pink low-cut dress from Honor and Brian Atwood heels. Justin Long, who's reportedly dating Kate Mara, stepped out solo and adorably posed for photos holding his phone. Paul Rudd, Kristen Wiig, and Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss stopped by the afterparty to show their support for the project. Elisabeth debuted a short blond bob on the red carpet and turned heads in a sexy black cocktail dress. When asked if blondes really have more fun, Elisabeth joked that she is "so far." For a Good Time, Call . . . hits theaters Aug. 31.
This Is 40 Trailer: Does It Look Depressing or Funny?
When the first trailer for This Is 40 dropped, I was disheartened by the focus on how horrible it is to grow old. I was expecting it to be more lighthearted, since it's Judd Apatow's "sort-of sequel" to Knocked Up. This new trailer is funnier, with more of the family dynamic (I love seeing Maude Apatow as now-preteen Sadie). However, it's not all jokes; for example, Debbie and Pete (Leslie Mann and Paul Rudd) both talk about killing each other and generally nag at each other. The tagline of "This is everyone's story" implies that its sentiments are universal, and maybe they are, but for me it feels awfully glass-half-empty. Still, I'm excited to see it because I love Rudd so much — not to mention the supporting players we see here, like Jason Segel and Chris O'Dowd. I'm curious about how everyone else feels though — is this trailer hilarious or depressing?
Amy Poehler Gets Close With Pal Paul and Son Archie on Set
Love was in the air on the NYC set of They Came Together yesterday as Amy Poehler and Paul Rudd shared a kiss. Amy wore a wedding dress for a few scenes, then changed into a shorter white frock for a make-out session with Paul. She also got a visit from one of her number one guys, her oldest son, Archie. The pair were full of laughs during one of Amy's breaks from filming.
Amy's busy with her latest big-screen adventure in the Big Apple, but she traveled to Washington DC recently to shoot an upcoming episode of her NBC series, Parks and Recreation. Amy shared a high-profile scene with Senators Barbara Boxer, Olympia Snowe, and John McCain that will air when the show moves to Fridays this Fall. The primetime comedy also earned Amy 2012 Emmy nods. She'll be going head-to-head against funny ladies Tina Fey, Zooey Deschanel, Lena Dunham, Edie Falco, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Melissa McCarthy in the outstanding lead actress in a comedy series category. The ceremony airs Sept. 23 — see the entire list of the 2012 Primetime Emmy nominees.

Watch Ron Burgundy and the Boys in Two Anchorman 2 Teasers!
It's been eight long years since the original, but Anchorman 2 is so on, you guys. The movie is finally coming out in 2013, but two short teasers are here — and as brief as they are, they're both pretty funny. Will Ferrell's legendary Ron Burgundy is back on deck with his fellow news anchors, Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd), Champ Kind (David Koechner), and Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), and as usual, Brick needs help coming up with anything to say in both of the clips.
Like I said, they're short, and we also have no idea what the plot will be, but I dare you not to get excited that Anchorman 2 is a reality. Watch the teasers and let me know what you think after the jump.

This Is 40 Trailer: Getting Old Sucks For Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann
Leslie Mann and Paul Rudd stole the show as Katherine Heigl's older sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Pete, in 2007's Knocked Up, and now the characters are back in Judd Apatow's This Is 40. In the trailer, we catch up with the married couple a few years later, and instead of sniping at each other about their family, they're dealing with getting older. As they try to exercise more and be more involved in the lives of their kids (once again played by the real-life daughters of Apatow and Mann), they get some help from other Apatow regulars like Jason Segel and Melissa McCarthy.
Pete and Debbie are my favorite part of Knocked Up, so I've been dying to see footage for This Is 40, and while I laughed at the trailer a few times, I'm a little bit underwhelmed. The plight of aging kind of comes off as depressing, and I also wanted to see more of Pete. Still, my hopes are high for this one, which comes out Dec. 21, so let me know what you think when you watch the trailer.
Happy Birthday Paul Rudd — See His Road From Clueless!
Paul Rudd is 43 today! He broke onto the scene in 1995's Clueless as Cher Horowitz's boyfriend Josh, and after spending a few years on indie films — including 1998's The Object of My Affection with Jennifer Aniston — as well as a stint on Broadway and a memorable role on Friends, he was back in a big way with 2004's Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. Paul married longtime love Julie Yaeger in 2003, and they're parents to two children, Jack and Darby.

Dakota, Liam, and Paul Unite For Cosmo's Fun and Fearless Awards
Cosmopolitan magazine played hosted last night for their annual Fun and Fearless Awards at NYC's Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The year's big honorees were Dakota Fanning, in Miu Miu, and Paul Rudd, who earned the female and male titles, respectively. Additional honors went to The Hunger Games hunk Liam Hemsworth, Grey's Anatomy's Jesse Williams, 21 Jump Street's Jonah Hill, a YSL-clad Freida Pinto, NFL star Adrian Peterson, Pretty Little Liars' Lucy Hale, and a Chanel-wearing Rose Byrne. Both Jonah and Liam wore Ermenegildo Zegna.
We caught a moment with Liam on the red carpet, where he opened up about his big Hunger Games press tour. He spoke about the devoted fans of the series he's encountered so far, saying, "We had our first mall event the other day, and there were lots of screaming fans, and a few teary-eyed fans, which was interesting. Very nice and very flattering to see people that passionate about it." Dakota told us she's not familiar with Liam's franchise, but she's excited to see the film. As for a daring thing she's done lately, Dakota said, "Probably starting my Spring semester at college. That was probably the most fearless thing!" Make sure to check back later today for video of our interviews with Liam, Dakota, and the other attendees on PopSugar Rush.
