Chris Brown Charged With Two Felonies

Chris Brown was spotted in the back of a car last night on his way into the recording studio at 5 a.m., perhaps to get his mind off of what was about to go down this morning. Chris was charged with two felonies for assault and making a criminal threat. This is after more scary details emerged about exactly what went down between Chris and Rihanna that night.

Chris will be arraigned today at 3:30 p.m., and we will be on top of this story as more news emerges.

I was on some celeb website, and they had a poll that asked should Rihanna press charges? I voted yes! The yes vote was 50% while the NO vote was 49%! I was really shocked that so many people believed she shouldn't! He really deserves everything he gets!

There's details about how he beat up Rihanna in People. What is baffling, aside from Rihanna getting nback with him is how some people here keep telling how its no big deal and the Rihanna didn't seem really beaten up by the picture that was released. Give. Me. A.Break

i'm THRILLED that he's being charged and that just because he's back with rih that it's not going to stop things from progressing. no one should be allowed to do what he did and not pay the consequences.

damn right he needs to go to JAIL! In my Sociology of gender and crime we are learning about female victimization. It's just the saddest thing how domestic violence is continually perpetuated in this patriarchal society we live in. It's so easy to blame the victim for staying with her abusive partner, but really we need to have more public awareness about emotional and physical abuse in relationships, b/c its a HUGE problem.
